Pink Lady

Ingredients

Serves 1.

1 or 1 1/2 ounces gin
1 or 1 1/2 ounces Calvados or applejack
1 tablespoon grenadine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg white
3 or 4 ice cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Alternatively, omit Calvados or applejack and reduce lemon juice to 1 1/2 tablespoons.
